ToS & Rules Regarding Adoptables​

'Adoptable(s)' as it pertains to these terms is defined as premade character designs that are sold to a buyer for the buyer's sole use only. They are not to be replicated, sold by any party other than myself or the buyer, or passed off as belonging to any party other than the buyer unless the buyer has transferred ownership.


✧ Credit for the design must be given wherever the character information is stored.
     This means at least on the reference if you aren't storing them on a website such as touhou.se. 

✧ Altercations can be made upon and after purchase.
     I don't know why you would purchase a design only to make it unrecognizable to the original, but I just ask you please keep them recognizable to the original.

✧ Adopts are not to be resold at a profit.
     You can re-home them for the amount you paid, but do not buy my work to turn around and sell it for your own gain. Combined value resale, wherein a character is sold for the paid price of all the art purchased for them, does not mark against this. I understand valuing the character more with sentimental value and will not argue on it, however do understand this does not objectively raise their worth. 

✧ The full resolution unobstructed file will be sent only after payment has been confirmed on my end.
     After this file is sent refunds are not an option. Charge-backs on adoptable payments will get you blacklisted and publicly called out, as well as have the rights to the design revoked for them to be resold on my pages again.

✧ Contractual transfer of rights is available upon request.
     This is required for any sort of commercial use.

     Terms are subject to change as revisions are found necessary.
